What type of products do you sell?

We craft elevated yet functional clothing for sighthounds, including Whippets, small Greyhounds, Whiggies and large Italian Greyhounds. Our materials are sourced from Japan and crafted into gorgeous sighthound coats and clothing in the UK.

How do I find the right size?

Please check the size guide which provides details on how to measure your dog and what size is most appropriate for them regarding Sightly apparel and products. If you have specific questions, please email us at hello@sightlystudio.com.

Do you only sell whippet size clothes?

Sightly makes clothing and products for all sighthounds, not just Whippets. This includes large Italian Greyhounds, Whiggies, Lurchers, small Greyhounds and other types of sighthounds. However, please make sure to check the size guide before making a purchase to ensure the clothing or product will fit.

How do I amend my order?

If you need to amend your order after making a purchase, please email us at hello@sightlystudio.com as soon as possible so we can assist.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all major credit card and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay and Union Pay. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Delivery & Returns

How long will my order take to be delivered?

For UK orders, you should receive your order within 5 working days.
For other countries, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your purchase is dispatched, we will send you tracking details and confirmation to your provided email address. Please contact us if you have not received such an email.

I’m ordering from overseas, what do I need to consider?

Please consider any tax or duties which will be your responsibility to pay when shipping from the UK to an abroad address.

Can I return my order?

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, you may return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.

  • If you’re within the UK, we offer a free return shipping and will send you a prepaid label.
  • If you’re outside the UK, you will be responsible for shipping and delivery for returns.

The returned product must be returned in its original condition - unwashed, unused and with original tags - and in a resellable condition to be accepted for return. This is because of hygiene issues. For example, we will not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Stains or marks on the product or clothing
  • Dog hairs on the product or clothing
  • Strong smells on the product or clothing

On successful return, we will refund the full price of the product(s) via your purchasing payment method.

How do I make a return?

To return a product or item, please click the link.

You will be able to log into your account using the email you used to place the order. We’ll send you a one-time password to your mobile phone number to access your account. Here, you can view your order history and request a return for the product you wish to send back.

When you complete the request, we will send instructions via email within 48 hours. This will include instructions for printing out any required labels if required that will need to be attached to the package.

  • If you’re within the UK, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the refunded amount.
  • If you’re outside the UK, you will responsible for shipping and delivery for returns.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
