RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for returns
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, you may return the product(s) to us.
We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- Items are returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- In a resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Product we don't accept for returns
For example, we will not accept returns in the following cases due to hygiene issues:
- Stains or marks on the product or clothing
- Dog hairs on the product or clothing
- Strong smells on the product or clothing
On successful return, we will refund the full price of the product(s) via your purchasing payment method.
Faulty and damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at hello@sightlystudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage and your order number. We will offer you the option of a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund in these cases.
How to return
To return a product or item, please click the link.
You will be able to log into your account using the email you used to place the order. We’ll send you a one-time password to your mobile phone number to access your account. Here, you can view your order history and request a return for the product you wish to send back.
We will provide return instructions via email within 48 hours. This will include information on printing any required labels that must be attached to the package.
If you’re within the UK, return shipping is fee. We'll send you a prepaid label.
If you’re outside the UK, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. If we do not receive your returned order, the return request will be considered unsuccessful, and we will be unable to issue a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
